You should have your mind set if you want to stop.
Try To not think of smoking for a day, if you done it then do it for a week then do it for a month, then do it for a year after that do it forever .

Just have faith! Let's say you started when you was 12 years old then you live in 12 years without cigarette then you can do that probably i know it's hard you can't stop that until you find a reason to stop i don't smoke and i don't have anything that will say that may bring down those smokers because i know even me when i start to i may smoke a lot than you LOL.
