Online Forum is about making a community with the same interest, its a group of people wherein they discuss a particular topic that will enhance their knowledge and skills, share ideas and meet new friends with the same interest as them. Exchange of concepts and to know more about the world you are interest with.
All I can say about CellyForum is that for a new forum like this, it is surprising that there are already a lot of activities going on and more members are willing to join. I just hope to see more quality posts and information rather than quantity with low quality posts, just saying...
